At the HCD Martial Art Academy, we understand that life is sometime to hectic to make it to a session or you’re simply to unwell to train. We won’t make you feel guilty for missing a class but we will always encourage you to not skip a session as we believe pushing through mental barriers will not only strengthen your body it will build a martial spirit of not taking the easy path. We believe that you can discover yourself on many levels by pushing through your perceived barriers.
We believe that long term commitment and motivation (by you instructor initially them yourself) is the only successful way to truly transform your body and mind. The journey to health and fitness is often difficult, but keeping the destination clear in your mind will make every step worthwhile.
It’s quite simple really, “the result you get from training is determined only by the effort you put in” We won’t promise you results, but we will promise to encourage you to push yourself beyond your current limits, until the result you want is inevitable.
